Yes. As an Account Executive, you’ll be in the field meeting with business owners and decision-makers in person, and presenting our clients’ products and services.
No. Most of our team members come in with little to no formal sales background- some straight out of school, others transitioning from hospitality, retail, or service industries. Coachability and consistency matter more than experience.
Most days start at the office to align on the campaign. Account Executives spend the majority of their day in the field meeting with business customers. It’s an active, people-facing role- not a desk job.
Compensation is performance-based and W2- our team members are hired as employees, not independent contractors. Earning potential is directly tied to results, and specifics are discussed during the interview process.
